A software developer and seasoned project manager with experience at IBM and Wells Fargo, he brings deep expertise in systems, delivery, and enterprise-level operations—ensuring every layer of the product is built for performance, reliability, and growth.
Marcelle "DJ HTown" Marcelino
Marcelle Marcelino is an investor and pioneer of the very 1st ever all Hip-Hop radio station in Asia (Power 108, Philippines). Known to many as "H" or DJ HTown, he helped redefine how a generation experienced music and events. He is one huge reason why in the 2000s, All Hip-Hop Rnb Nights made residency into almost every night club and bar. As the creator of the Philippine Hip-Hop Awards and a key force behind launching the country’s first mobile-enabled radio station app for Wave 89.1, he bridged traditional broadcast, digital platforms, and urban culture ahead of the curve.
Today, he is a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist who has made every venture purposely benefit stray animals and underprivileged youth.
Ricky Ilacad
Legendary record executive shaping generations of music, "Boss Ricky" former president of Universal Music Group Philippines and Vice President of Warner Music Group is a key figure in the evolution of the music industry. As former Vice President of the Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI), he has helped drive industry standards, artist development, and the growth of recorded music across the region. His seat at the board with the pure knowledge of how to the major record labels work brings a huge asset to the success of Frequency.
Stephen DJ Steelo LaCommare
An American DJ curating and shaping the nightlife in the Philippines, this producer and creative collaborator operates at the intersection of music, culture, and experience. With roots in live performance, studio production, audio engineering, and scoring audio for the likes of Netflix and Amazon, he brings a refined ear for sound and a deep understanding of audience energy—crafting moments that resonate both on stage and behind the scenes.
CJ the DJ Rivera
Veteran broadcaster and master of music collection and radio culture.
As a seasoned radio professional, CJ the DJ has shaped some of the Philippines’ most recognized stations—serving as Station Manager of 99.5 Play FM, Program Director of Magic 89.9, and Radio Presenter for RX 93.1.
With deep expertise in programming, music, and audience engagement, he brings a refined understanding of sound, culture, and what moves listeners—both on-air and through live events as a producer.

Blending sound, code, and creative innovation, Alwyn is our multi-disciplinary creator that combines his background as a guitarist, DJ, graphics and developer will translate immersive audio experiences into our designs and creatives. With over a decade of experience across music, entertainment, and technology, he will also bridge creativity and code—helping translate vision into scalable, user-focused digital products.
